Care Home Provider
Helping an organisation identify their corporate values. This was achieved through facilitating focus groups from all sections of the business using a variety of specially designed activities — these activities resulted in creating a set of draft values. Draft values were harmonised by the senior management team and plans drawn up for introducing and embedding them into the company.
Assisting this company to generate behaviours from their corporate values and get staff engaged in the process. Helped with identifying ways to embed them into daily practices which included processes ie recruitment/induction/appraisals.
Designed and facilitated a series of workshops helping staff to generate company values. Assisted with identifying how to embed them into the workplace.
